My approach to psychotherapy is informed by a range of modalities including psychoanalytic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based and somatic psychotherapy approaches.

I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and the eight week training programs of Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy [MBCT] and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction [MBSR].

In the therapy room I offer a non judgemental holding environment where you are free to speak about whatever is on your mind.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides further stability with regular appointments and a sense of containment through an ongoing relationship.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy approaches focus on relationship, resourcing, safety and stabilisation.

And mindfulness based approaches include meditation practices and a reflective space for developing insight.

In all psychotherapy work I take a systems view on health and consider the various intersections that impact on wellbeing.
