Providing a non judgemental environment in which you are free to speak about whatever is on your mind, without worrying about me or your family or friends, is the main goal of therapy.

This environment is informed by my ongoing training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy which provides stability, a sense of containment, and the possibility of working through whatever is present.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy can provide resourcing, safety and stabilisation of traumatised parts.

And Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy [MBCT], Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction [MBSR] practices offer the development of our observing faculty that increases acceptance of internal experience and promotes insight.

Finally, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing [EMDR] can help process traumatic memories and help them find a more settled place in the psyche / mind.

In all psychotherapy work, I take a systems view on health and consider the various intersections impacting on your wellbeing.
