My approach to psychotherapy is informed by psychoanalytic psychotherapy, mindfulness-based approaches, and sensorimotor psychotherapy.

I am also trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy [MBCT], Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction [MBSR], and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing [EMDR].

I offer a non judgemental holding environment where you are free to speak about whatever is on your mind.

Psychoanalytic psychotherapy provides stability with regular appointments and a sense of containment through ongoing relationship.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy focuses on resourcing, safety and stabilisation.

And mindfulness-based approaches support the development of an observing faculty that increases acceptance to internal experiences and insight.

In all psychotherapy work, I take a systems view on health and consider the various intersections that impact on wellbeing.
